This is an optional step! If you want to add rotational movement to your RoboBrrd and you have an extra servo, feel free to do this!
Grab the bottom plate and the rotational wedge piece (this is the one shaped like a huge piece of pie). Also one servo, and its servo horn.
Position the servo so that it moves left and right. Chop the last 2 holes of the servo horn off.
Insert the servo into the servo holder on the bottom plate. The servo horn should be in the middle.
Meaning, the wires are coming out of the left hand side (with the bottom plate positioned so the larger open area is towards you).
Add hot glue to the tabs of the servo to the bottom plate.
Next, grab the wedge piece and add hot glue to the indented area.
Place this piece onto the servo horn- so the shapes match up.
Press the piece onto the servo horn until the hot glue dries completely. Otherwise it will fall off, and RoboBrrd will become frantic!
Grab the assembly and the bottom plate.
Insert the assembly into the bottom plate, aligning the slots and tabs.
Now grab the front plate, and insert this into the first slot on the bottom plate.
Make sure the rivets from the servo plate fit into the holes on the front face.
Next up, grab the slider tray and the feet pieces.
Slide the tray onto the bottom plate near the back.
Flip your RoboBrrd over, and at the front of the Brrd, slide in both feet.
Coolios RoboBrrd: "You did it! Whiiiipppeee wooo wooo CHIRPY CHIRPY! A brand new RoboBrrd! YAY!"
Congrats on finishing building your RoboBrrd! Up next is to add in the electronics, and program the brain.
